A blend, done properly, isn't a way to use up what's left. It's a recipe, a deliberate composition of two or three origins chosen to do something none of them could do alone. Ours are built for the everyday cup: the morning espresso, the milk drink, the office filter, the after-dinner moka. Reliable, but never boring.
A single origin is a coffee from a single place, from one farm, one co-operative, or one washing station - picked and processed in one season. What you taste is the culmination of the effort of our producers and the environment where their coffee is grown.
