Our most recent coffee from our good friends at Muraho Trading Co in Rwanda, this Anoxic Natural from the Gisheke washing station reminds us why it's a coffee we return to year after year. Cherries undergo a controlled fermentation under a water pillow before being dried as a natural process coffee for 4 to 5 weeks. Sweet and tropical, you're in for a real treat with this one!

Known as The Hidden Gem, the Gisheke Washing Station is located on Lake Kivu and is accessible only by boat. In the middle of two mountains, air is funneled through the washing station which makes it a great location for coffee processing - particularly naturals.
This particular coffee is an anoxic natural, a process Gisheke has become known for because of its incredible sweetness, rich complexity and syrupy texture. This year's crop is particularly fruit forward.
