Full Coffee Tasting

Home Barista Course
A brief discussion and tasting of different manual brewing methods as well as an introduction to espresso and milk steaming. Perfect for somebody wanting to make better coffee with their home-brewing equipment. R600pp, maximum of 6 people per course. Running time of 2 hours.

Taking place over the course of 4 days, this course is a Comprehensive theoretical and practical insight into the history of coffee, extraction theory, sensory analysis, drink preparation, espresso making, milk steaming and manual brewing as well as a discussion on service etiquette. For those looking to pursue a career in coffee or develop as a professional. R4500pp. Minimum of 2 people, maximum of 4 people per course.
