Third-Space - coworking-meets-café environments where the coffee anchors a longer stay. Power points, quiet corners, fast wifi, and the same standard of cup as the pocket shops. Built for the modern working day.

Who We're Looking For
We're selective about who we open with, because the brand only holds up if every door delivers the same cup. We're looking for operators with hospitality, retail or operations experience, access to the right site or the capital to back one, and a long view on what they're building — if that's you, even loosely, get in touch.
