Lalesa Washing Station in the Gedeb region was set up by Ephtah Coffee, a community focused exporter working in some of Ethiopia's most well regarded growing regions. With a specific focus on growing the impact of women in the industry, this relatively new exporter is doing some epic things!
This particular coffee is a natural, dried for 20 to 25 days on raised beds and turned frequently. A full and jammy texture with a merlot-like richness is complimented by a mulberry sweetness and incredible purple florals.
