SCA Barista Skills: Foundation & Intermediate Combo

This course is aimed at both beginners and those wanting to make a career out of coffee

+ Location: Seam Coffee Roastery; Johannesburg
+ Duration: 9am to 3pm across 5 days
+ Prerequisites: The are no prerequisites but a few months experience in a working environment is beneficial. Good for baristas and managers looking to pursue excellence in their workplace.
+ Inclusions: Exam and certificate fee, lunch, snacks each day, all equipment and necessary ingredients.
+ Certification: 2 Online exams requiring 70 & 80% to pass, a practical exam pass on each section. Contributes 15 points to SCA Coffee Skills Diploma


+ SCA Barista Skills Foundation and Intermediate Course

+ Advanced understanding of the practical application of the impacts of varietal, processing, origin.
