+ Duration: 9am to 3pm across 4 days
+ Prerequisites: The are no prerequisites but a few months experience in a working environment is beneficial. Good for baristas and managers looking to pursue excellence in their workplace.
+ Inclusions: Exam and certificate fee, lunch, snacks each day, all equipment and necessary ingredients.
+ Certification: 2 Online exams requiring 70 & 80% to pass, a practical exam pass on each section. Contributes 15 points to SCA Coffee Skills Diploma
+ SCA Barista Skills Foundation and Intermediate Course
+ Foundations of coffee and espresso making
+ Advanced understanding of the practical application of the impacts of varietal, processing, origin.
+ Working with & understnding brew parameters & brew recipes
