From our good friends at Raw Material, the Koileki Natural comes from the Ermera region of Timor-Leste, a small island nation on the southernmost edge of the Indonesian archipelago. Coffee at the Koileki Wet Mill is dried on raised beds for 3 weeks before being removed from the cherry and prepared for export.

Producer Info
A country which only gained its independence in 2002, Timor-Leste is a very young nation when it comes to coffee production. In 2018 Raw Material helped local coffee farmers to set up their first wet mill to process coffees with the goal of making coffee exports more sustainable and of a higher quality.
This natural coffee comes from the Koileki Wet-Mill, one of the newer processing stations in the region of Ermera and is a lovely rich, spicy and well rounded coffee. We've particularly been loving it as a little milk based beverage like a cortado.
