Produced by the experienced Picasso Nduwayo at the Kayombe Washing Station, this natural processed coffee is grown by the Wahata community on the slopes of Mount Elgon. An incredibly versatile coffee, Wahata is a real crowd pleaser with juicy, complex espressos that pair excellently with milk and sweet, fruit forward pourovers.

Producer Info
One of our favourite coffees of 2024, this natural coffee comes to us from the Wahata community and is processed by the aptly named Picasso Nduwayo - a Burundian coffee producer based at the Kayombe Washing Station on the south side of Mt. Elgon.
This coffee is processed as a natural and is dried on raised beds until it reaches 15% moisture content. It is then placed in sealed containers for two days before the drying process is completed.
