The Shyira washing station was established in the Nyabihu District of Rwanda in 2017 by Muraho Trading Co. and has since grown to host some exciting projects where new processes and varietals have been introduced to Rwanda for the first time. This particular coffee is a prime example of a lovely washed Rwandan coffee with a lovely caramel texture and a gentle stonefruit sweetness.
