Juan Camilo Castiblanco, a third-generation coffee producer in El Pedregal, Huila, is part of the El Carmen de Acevedo association and has been committed to specialty coffee since 2015. With just one hectare cultivated in Pink Bourbon and Supremo, Juan Camilo focuses on precise processing methods—including washed, anoxic, and natural—to consistently deliver exceptional quality. His dedication reflects a deep-rooted passion for coffee and a drive to elevate his farm’s potential.

This lot from Finca Flandes is grown at 1500 MASL and showcases the care behind each step—featuring a 60-hour fermentation and traditional drying, resulting in a cup of clarity, balance, and character.
