+ Tests advanced barista skills
+ Approaches the professional barista environment through the application of science behind the processes
+ Aims to give a detailed understanding of high quality ingredients and the techniques available to maximise quality in any drinks that are made.
+ Knowledge in equipment maintenance, managing others to perform their best, and giving excellent customer service will be required.
+ Location: The Seam Roastery in Johannesburg (Unit 14, Building 6, Riversands Outlet Park)
+ Duration: 9am to 3pm across 5 days
+ Prerequisites: Student must have completed at least SCA Barista Skills Intermediate course.
+ Inclusions: Exam and certificate fee, lunch & snacks each day, all equipment and necessary ingredients.
+ Certification: An online exam of 20 questions requiring 60% to pass. Practical exam with 2 attempts
