Ever heard of a Hydro Natural Washed Coffee before this? Neither had we but we're massive fans!
Very ripe Gesha cherries are picked and processed as one would a natural for roughly 3-5 days. After this, instead of undergoing the regular depulping process a natural would, the cherries are rehydrated and then processed as a washed coffee.

This process results in a coffee with a lovely fruity profile, high sweetness and lots of complexity while still maintaining lots of clarity and cleanness.
