
Honeybush Sticky Chai
Chai tea can often be too sweet, too spicy or sometimes even tastes soapy
In response to this, we've decided to handcraft our own sticky chai made from only the best whole ingredients balancing spicy and smooth
We use whole spices, add fresh ginger and raw honey creating a sticky chai using only natural ingredients without preservatives, artificial sweeteners or additives
Ingredients: Honeybush tea, pure honey, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, cloves, peppercorn, salt and fresh ginger
Serves 25 cups per 400g
To prepare: Add a heaped tablespoon (16grams) to 50ml of boiling water, steep for 1-2 minutes and strain adding hot or steamed milk/alternative milk
If drinking without milk add a heaped tablespoon (16grams) to a cup of boiling water, steep for 1-2 minutes and strain
